You can choose to receive the same interest rate for all three years, or:

if rates have risen after the first year, on the one-year anniversary date, you can convert to the prevailing two-year CD rate,

on the two-year anniversary date, you can convert the funds to the prevailing one-year CD. You can make either of these choices within ten days after the annual anniversary date of the Win-Win CD. In either case, your original maturity date will not change.

Your deposits are FDIC insured up to $250,000 per depositor. Note that individual and joint accounts are insured separately, so if you have both types of accounts with us, your total deposits can be insured up to $500,000; that's up to $250,000 in all of your individual accounts, and up to an additional $250,000 in all of your joint accounts.
